Peer Support Sessions

Relationship advice? Need help coming out? Need help with labels? Want support in dealing with your new identity? Looking for encouragement or a supportive ear?

You can book an online, 100% confidential peer support session with me.

Who can book a session? Peer support sessions are available for anyone over the age of 18 looking for support. Sessions can be booked as one-on-one peer support or sessions can be booked by couples.

What can I expect during a session? Sessions can be text-based or video chat. During our half-hour or 45-minute sessions, we’ll talk and I’ll provide tailored support and advice based on an intake form you (and your partner) provide. If additional resources are necessary, they can be provided in the session or in a followup email.

What would we discuss? These sessions can include discussions of anything related to asexuality, including:

  • coming to terms with your asexual identity

  • understanding asexual identity

  • dealing with identity language

  • navigating ace/allo relationships

  • coming out to friends and family

  • navigating being out at work

Anything dealing with asexuality is open for discussion.

I am not a licensed counselor or therapist. These peer support sessions are not intended to replace professional mental heath care. The information and advice given during these sessions are the result of my personal experience and asexuality education experiences.
